In the process of using the blow molding machine, we usually encounter some difficulties, causing the machine to fail to operate normally. This requires us to pay attention to the maintenance of the bottle blowing machine during the usual operation.

 

Let me explain in detail for you:

 

1. No feed at the feed level

Several conditions that need to be checked: Whether the hopper is short of material, if it is, it needs to be refilled as soon as possible. If not, please check whether the control contactor of the hoist is energized. If it is energized, check whether the motor is energized and loaded quickly, because this situation is likely to be jammed by the preform (preform) lifting belt. At this time, the easiest way is to manually help the lifting.

If the control contactor of the check hoist is not energized, please check whether the preform detection electric eye and the reflector are not in the same straight line.

 

2. Feed into the old card feed tray

This situation is a headache. From experience, if the length of the preform is longer and the weight is heavier, this phenomenon is relatively rare.

 

3. The bottle cannot be demoulded after blowing

1. Open the mold first, manually open and close the mold, if it is normal, it will run in the dry running state, if it is also normal.

 

Please check your exhaust time setting. If the exhaust setting is normal and the bottle blow fails every time, it can be judged that the exhaust valve is the problem. Please open the exhaust valve to check the condition of its springs and seals (another phenomenon of this failure is that the exhaust sound is loud or there is a dirty exhaust sound).

If many molds are in normal production and cannot be opened accidentally, please check whether there are segmented screws in the clamping pin. In addition, please check whether the clamping force is too large. If it is too large, it should be readjusted according to the standard.

 

4. The bottle is always pinched

Whether the position of the manipulator is misaligned.

 

5. Two robots collide

In this case, you need to manually reset the manipulator again, which is caused by misalignment.
